Okay, so it just might be a good time to lose a few pounds and get into better shape. Before you know it, you'll be up to 20 minutes to half an hour and you won't believe the results! If you have a stationary bike, give it the same approach. Just go at your pace each day until you feel like extending the time!

If you like to dance, it's another simple way to move about, stretch your muscles and improve your heart rate. If you're out of shape, throw on some music for just 5 minutes a day until you can get up to 15-20 minutes. You won't believe how easy and fun this is and how much better you'll feel.

Now jumping rope is an amazing exercise that'll improve you're cardiovascular and tone your entire body. And the beauty is you really only need to do it for a minute each day until you build up to ten minutes or more. It really is easy, and the results will be awesome!
