It's SPRINGTIME & HERE's the BEST WAY to Get Back Into EXERCISE Without Pain

If you're like most people, you didn't really exercise much during the winter. But now its springtime, the weather is warmer, and you can't wait to get back into it! Walking, jogging, running, hiking, biking, softball, golf, it's all great, right? But you know darn well your muscles aren't used to being that active and they are definitely going to hurt.

The key is that you want to start slow. Now I KNOW so many of you hate the thought of not going all out but starting slow and building your exercise routine up over the next few weeks is the serious way to stay healthy and not pull muscles and be in pain. Now if you truly stayed active all winter, well, then you can get right back into exercising. But, if you were basically a couch potato, then you've GOT TO take it easy and build back up to where you were before the weather got too cold. Trust us, if you want to feel good, it's the only way to do it.


Before you start your jogging or running routine, walk for ten minutes a day, then move up to 15 minutes within the week. When you can easily get back to 20 minutes to half an hour, turn it into a slow run or jog. You won't believe how much this type of approach will help you adjust safely.

If you play golf, head out to the range several times and hit a bucket. If you go out to play 18 holes without some proper warming up, you KNOW how much your back, arms and legs will be sore or hurt pretty bad. The same with softball, go to the batting cages a few times along with having a catch several times with friends, all so you loosen up at a nice, safe pace. And if you bike, start out easy for ten to fifteen minutes during the first week or so until you can build your core back up.
